Manchester United displayed a very good performance against a ten men Liverpool team to beat them 3 goals to nil. Thanks to the red card by Maschernao and i think it would not have added much difference to the game it just slowed down Liverpool and prevented from Crouch comin in the game . Manchester United displayed a very spirited game right from the start and went into the lead in the 34th minute with a header which was purely Reina's mistake and could have easily cleared. Then Rooney and Ronaldo missed a couple of chances which could have been easily converted . Then came the moment of Mascherano sending off. He was determined to fight with the referee and Benetiz had to come down and calm him before taking him off. So United lead 1-0 at half time
Manchester United started second half in style and was in full control of the game and they created a lot of chances and Liverpool was very much losing the game in them , Then Ronaldo and Nani scored in quick succesion of two minutes to take the score to 3-0 . It was Ronaldo's 34th goal this season .So Manchester United are five points clear of Chelsea and six of Arsenal .Lets hope this remains the same and Manchester United becomes the champions again
